I will spend approximately 2 hours walking your home. Providing a
professional detailed report of what I can do using existing
or rented furniture to make
your open house shine among the rest.
Redesign
Consultation - $325+
Redesign
is ideal for someone who may not be thrilled with their
current layout but may not want to invest in an Interior Designer.
Using your existing furniture I will walk through your home
room
by
room and make suggestions, solicit your feedback and answer questions.
During this consultation we will also determine to scope of
the
project, color, layout ideas and
budget.
Staging
Package - $350+
After
a consultation I will come in and execute the plan that we have
developed which may include any or all of the following: reworking or
adding to your existing
furniture, change wall color, and accessorize to add “buyer
appeal” to your diamond in the rough.
Staging
Plan - $200+
(slight increase for 3000 sq
ft or more)

you a Do-it-Yourselfer? If so, this is the plan for you.
After your
consultation, I will provide you a personalized action plan to get you
ready for your open house.
Shopper
- $100/hr.
Your
time is valuable, allow me to get the necessary items for your
staging or redesign.
Reorganization
- $200 +
Do
you have piles of stuff or a spare a.k.a junk room in your house?
Allow me to get you to a state of “livable”
organization.
**Estimates are based on the condition of the home as well as the
customized plan you have selected.
